Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director who will play a pivotal role in setting the company's strategic direction and spearheading its growth. The Managing Director will oversee all aspects of the business, including business development, operations, and financial management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-impact strategies to secure a competitive edge in the business banking and M&A market.
  • Oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business units.
  • Lead the execution of critical projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and partners.
  • Evaluate market trends and business opportunities, identifying potential avenues for expansion.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team to excel in their respective roles.
  • Drive the organizational corporate culture in alignment with its core values and mission.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in business banking and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior management role.
  • Exceptional ability in developing and executing business strategies.
  • Strong financial understanding and experience in fiscal management.
  • Highly skilled in negotiation and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Language Requirements:
  • Proficient in both German and English. French is a plus.
Bonus Points:
  • Existing network within the business banking or M&A sectors.
  • Track record of successfully scaling a similar business.
  • LBa license or former fiduciary expertise.
Compensation:
