Our mission: We safely power your flight.Lead Solution Engineer – Digital WorkplaceSR Technics is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of our digital workplace strategy. This pivotal role blends strong technical expertise with leadership and consulting capabilities to deliver high quality solutions for our end user customers. You will act as an internal IT consultant, lead workplace related projects, and ensure continuous improvement of services and the allocated technologies and user experience. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy driving innovation, we’d love to hear from you.Your tasksConsult internal business and IT stakeholders on modern workplace services.Lead the workplace community to assess needs, promote adoption, and improve user maturity.Define workplace journeys, user stories, rollout strategies, and ensure lifecycle and security compliance.Align workplace and end user service strategy with organizational goals and collaborate with business units, architecture teams, and external partners to design sustainable solutions.Lead requirement engineering, technical design, and lifecycle management of workplace platforms and services.Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.Manage workplace projects using agile methodologies.Stay updated on technology trends and recommend innovations.Your ProfileHigher education in computer science or relevant business IT certifications (HF, FH).5+ years of experience in end‑user services and workplace management.Deep technological knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Intune, Active Directory, ServiceNow).Proven track record in designing and delivering modern workplace projects.Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus.Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented working style.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).We offerWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
