For our Global Concept Development Team within the centralized Research & Technology (R&T) headquarters in Winterthur, Switzerland we are looking as soon as possible for a:

Senior Technician

Switzerland - Winterthur - 100%

Your responsibilities
  • Executing manufacturing trials to support internal and customer projects in technologies including felt, composite and polyurethane foams
  • Maintenance and improvement of existing innovation center equipment
  • Design, specification and installation of innovative equipment for trials and part testing
  • Maintaining the innovation center equipment and storage areas to 5s standard
Your Qualifications
  • Completed studies in a relevant technical function, e.g. Poly mechanic
  • 4-5 years' experience in the relevant expertise area(s)
  • Previous experience in manufacturing
  • An organized individual with logical, hands on and practical approach
  • The ability to prioritize workload with a flexible approach to work is required
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, other languages, German or French are an advantage
  • Driving license preferred
