Your role

Are you an experienced practitioner in the field of AI, Data and Analytics with a track record of conceptualizing complex and large scale implementations, delivering cutting edge digital products that are designed to revolutionize the way you bank?

We’re looking for a Business Architecture Lead to:

  1. oversee the high-level business design of the analytics ecosystem in AI, Data, and Analytics, including Generative AI and Digital Sales and Marketing Solutions.
  2. gain a deep understanding of our clients' needs in Switzerland and globally, act as their advocate within stream leadership, and transform initial demands into conceptual frameworks. Collaborate with Crews and Pods to detail and implement these concepts.
  3. manage conceptual dependencies and synergies between different crews and initiatives, ensuring a holistic approach and fostering the reuse and joint understanding of cross-crew concepts within the stream.
  4. drive the adoption of key architectural concepts, such as Data Mesh and Agentic AI, promoting the reuse of best practices.
  5. collaborate closely with key initiative leads (e.g., MS Dynamics implementation, AI Vision 2030, Data Mesh, Next Best Action) to develop concepts that facilitate smooth distribution of implementation scope across crews.
  6. work in tandem with the CTO and IT architects on initial blueprints and future roadmap estimations, ensuring early preparation for the planning process and a high-level plan for the next three years.

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Analytics & Sales Platform Stream in Zurich playing a vital role in shaping our data-driven approach to building products, which spread from the data provisioning, via analytics tools, up to the distribution of the insights to Clients and Employees.
You will work closely with the Stream leadership, and are expected to be a connector between voice of the clients, crew leads and architects in the stream and CTO organization.

Your expertise

  1. at least five years experience in leading and managing end-to-end digital transformation initiatives or Data and AI product development in a corporate, multicultural environment in the field of Data, AI or in the finance industry
  2. strong understanding of system design and business architecture, experience in designing large scale products and implementing solutions in the field of AI, Data, Analytics or CRM
  3. knowledge of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner and product manager role in a scrum team)
  4. strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
  5. very strong active listening and communication skills in English to build networks and partnerships at all levels of the organization as well as with external partners. German as a plus.
  6. strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate several functions and discuss and align priorities with senior management
  7. solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft), good foundation in data science and machine learning, ideally first hands-on experience working with large language models
  8. ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex, technical topics and processes
  9. passion and interest for everything AI-related
