Introduction

Pour notre serviceLogistique,nous recherchons un Manager de proximité (H/F) dont la mission principale sera de manager une équipe Logistique en garantissant la réception, la préparation et l’expédition des composants, des produits finis et des ressources en étroite collaboration avec la Fabrication, le Service Mondial, le Commercial pour nos sites genevois.

Responsabilités

Management d'équipe :

  • Communiquer les orientations globales et fixer les objectifs individuels.
  • Accompagner et orienter les collaborateurs dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs et le développement de leurs compétences.
  • Créer un contexte favorable au bon déroulement de l’activité en favorisant la communication, générant un climat de confiance et contribuant à la cohésion du groupe.
  • Développer les relations avec les interfaces pour dynamiser les échanges et les sources de progrès.
  • Veiller au respect des processus et animer la remontée d’information.

Management opérationnel :

  • Garantir la mise à disposition des composants, produits finis et ressources en termes de délais pour chaque activité.
  • Piloter la performance de l’entité.
  • Contribuer à l’organisation du travail et à la gestion des encours prioritaires avec vos différents interlocuteurs.
  • Assurer l'adéquation charge/capacité en fonction des impératifs de la Fabrication et du Commercial.
  • Mise en place d’actions de régulation du taux de remplissage des stocks automatiques.
  • Garantir la conformité des mouvements de stock.
  • Améliorer de façon continue l'organisation du travail, l’efficacité des processus et des données de base en anticipant les évolutions et les nouvelles contraintes opérationnelles.
Profil
  • Diplôme d’ingénieur HES, Brevet Fédéral logisticien, EPF ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 5 années confirmée en management
  • Connaissances des flux Logistique et de Gestion de Production requises
  • Aisance dans la gestion de données SAP et outils de pilotage des encours
  • Leadership naturel, écoute et empathie
  • Aisance dans les contacts humains et la communication
  • Capacité à développer des relations de travail basées sur l’exigence et la confiance
  • Force de proposition et autonomie dans la prise de décision
