The opportunity: Senior Communications Manager, Swiss Private Bank - 12-months fixed term contract with the possibility of an extension up to a maximum of two years. As part of this, we are evolving the strategic focus of our Swiss Private Bank to create a simpler and more dynamic organisation, focused on increasing our leadership and market share in areas where we have a clear competitive advantage. We are now entering a key phase of our programme and are seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead an engaging change communications programme that supports the evolution and commercial growth of our Swiss Private Bank. If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to hear from you In this role your key responsibilities will be: Change communications Develop and deliver an engaging change communications programme that supports the evolution and commercial growth of our Swiss Private Bank. Draft narratives, briefings and messaging to ensure diverse audiences navigate the change confidently and consistently. Stakeholder and leadership engagement Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, building strong working relationships. Work closely with other teams to align messaging and maintain a coherent organisational voice. Ensure communications reflect best practice and organisational priorities. Channels and content management Optimise existing communications channels, ensuring content is timely, relevant and well targeted. Shape and commission content across channels, using insight to improve reach and engagement. Ensure the change programme is understood by front-line teams in the Swiss Private Bank and elsewhere within HSBC. Strategy, planning and measurement Support major milestones, including change and culture initiatives and business-as-usual activity. Use data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness, refine approaches and demonstrate impact. You should apply if you have: A proven track record of delivering change communications in an international business, with experience of creating engaging campaigns through multiple channels. Excellent written English, equivalent to that of a native speaker An ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely, without losing essential detail. Experience in private banking would be highly desirable. French or German language skills would be highly desirable.
