This is why we created and launched our academy for the textile & fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Content Development: Implement and structure content into selected digital tools, ensuring cohesive and visually appealing layouts that align with our brand standards.
2. User Journey Optimization: Develop and refine user flows, user-centered design to create an intuitive, engaging learning experience that aligns with educational outcomes.
3. Platform Customization: Customize tools and templates to align with course objectives and learner engagement strategies.
4. UI/UX Testing: Conduct usability tests and A/B testing to understand user interactions, identify areas for improvement.
5. Data-Driven Improvements: Utilize user analytics to assess platform performance, monitor engagement, and identify trends to drive design decisions.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with course content developers and marketing/sales team to ensure a unified approach to learner experience and content consistency.
7. Partner Collaboration: Work and engage with partner stakeholders to follow up on customer feedback and provide support.

Requirements:

1. Afinity to and interest in educational UX design and content principles.
2. No prior experience with LMS platforms required, but willingness to learn is essential.
3. Strong attention to detail with a user-centered approach.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively and manage time in a project-based environment.
5. Enthusiasm for eLearning and digital education trends.
6. No background in textile, fashion or related regulatory needed.
7. Transparent communication style and pro-active solution finding attitude.
8. Self-organised doer mentality.
