Nous recrutons pour notre client, un fonds d’investissement, un(e) Asset Manager basé(e) à Lausanne à 100%, et ce pour une durée indéterminée.

Responsabilités :

  • Piloter la gestion stratégique d’un portefeuille immobilier
  • Optimiser la rentabilité des actifs et identifier des leviers de valorisation
  • Assurer la relation avec les régies, locataires et administrations
  • Contrôler et garantir le respect des budgets définis
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements internes
  • Analyser les reportings (vacance, contentieux, sinistres) et proposer des actions correctives
  • Examiner et négocier les baux commerciaux (transferts, renégociations, nouvelles locations)
  • Contribuer aux analyses de due diligence dans le cadre d’acquisitions potentielles
  • Gérer les contentieux et veiller à la bonne application des procédures
  • Challenger les contrats de maintenance pour optimiser coûts et performances
  • Superviser des projets de développement et de durabilité
  • Garantir la mise à jour et la fiabilité des données de gestion

Profil :

  • Diplôme en Immobilier obtenu en Suisse
  • Expérience d’au moins 5 ans, sur Suisse, en gestion locative immobilière, idéalement en régie ; une expérience en Asset Management est un plus
  • Solide maîtrise des aspects juridiques et contractuels liés à l’immobilier
  • Compétences avérées en analyse financière et gestion de portefeuille
  • Excellentes capacités de négociation et aisance relationnelle
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur, proactivité et sens des responsabilités
