You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism. What Youll Do Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail Who You Are Fluent in Germanand English (spoken and written)Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital toolsSkilled in communication and multitaskingResilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude Work remotely with a top technology brand while helping customers make informed decisions and enjoy a smooth experience.
