Position Summary

This position is responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with Jet Aviation procedures, authority regulations, and customer requirements, under the instructions and supervision of the Leader Technicians and Supervisor Aircraft Operations.

Main Responsibilities

1. Work under the instructions and supervision of the Leader Technicians and/or Supervisor Aircraft Operations.
2. Follow the work distribution defined by the Leader Technicians and take responsibility for the work performed on the aircraft and the hours allocated per task.
3. Work according to the processes and defined project plan(s) in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Ensure that any defect found on the aircraft is reported to the Leader Technicians and/or Supervisor Aircraft Operations.
5. Ensure that job cards are stamped and completed daily according to the procedures.
6. Return the completed job cards to the Aircraft White Board and inform the Leader Technicians and/or Supervisor Aircraft Operations if further work is required.
7. Respect the defined channels of communication as instructed by the Supervisor Aircraft Operations.
8. Assist co-workers as instructed by the Supervisor Aircraft Operations.
9. When workload requires or upon request from Leader Technicians and/or Supervisor Aircraft Operations, assist in other tasks to ensure the department’s goals are met.

Minimum Requirements

1. Mechanical/technical apprenticeship, preferably in aviation.
2. Mechanical/technical knowledge in aviation.
3. Ability to read and understand Aircraft Maintenance Manuals.
4. PC literate with MS packages.
