Das bewirkst du bei uns
Innerhalb des agilen SAFe-Frameworks gestaltest du aktiv die Entwicklung und den Betrieb von Lösungen im Bereich Application Engineering mit. Dabei nutzt du deine Fähigkeit, Optimierungspotenziale frühzeitig zu erkennen und bringst proaktiv eigene Ideen ein.

Zusammen mit deinen Teamkolleg:innen, IT-Architekt:innen, Product Owner:innen oder interdisziplinären Teams arbeitest du an Lösungsdesigns und setzt Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit um.

Als Teammitglied arbeitest du Hand in Hand mit anderen Abteilungen und trägst aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und Systeme bei.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Informatikstudium HF oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Application Management (2nd Level Support, Log- und System-Analysen, CI/CD)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows- und Linux-Server-Plattformen
  • Direkte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine innovative, umsetzungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit in agilen Teams und der Integration in eine agile Arbeitsumgebung
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
