Responsibilities:

  1. Translate policies into QHSE objectives and ensure the deployment of tracking dashboards.
  2. Implement consistent compliance control systems and coordinate the continuous QHSE improvement plan.
  3. Define and execute the annual QHSE audit program, including internal and external audits.
  4. Periodically assess QHSE risks and lead working groups to solve problems.
  5. Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain certifications for our client.
  6. Manage relationships with authorities, certification bodies, customers, and suppliers.
  7. Coach employees for audits and train new hires on QHSE topics.

Profile:

  1. Higher education with a specialization in environmental management and confirmed experience in a similar role.
  2. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), good knowledge of German (at least B2).
  3. Mastery of ISO 9000 and 14000 standards.
  4. Recognized communication skills and ability to manage a team.
  5. Organized, pragmatic, stress-resistant, and excellent proficiency with standard office tools (MS Office, Access, etc.).
