Position Summary You will support operations of Man Group's Swiss office in Pfäffikon SZ. The office is primarily English‑speaking with headquarters in London. You will report to the Office Manager, acting as key point of contact, deputizing for the manager in absence, and providing high quality support to the global Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) team and local leadership. Responsibilities include managing hard and soft services such as reception, travel, catering, post, stationery, office maintenance, waste management, security, contracts etc. You will support local Health & Safety requirements and ensure compliance. Responsibilities Manage the Reception Desk – first point of contact, welcome visitors, serve refreshments, answer and redirect telephone calls in German and English, make occasional taxi bookings, check meeting rooms, assist with travel booking and expense reports, support events and send purchase orders. Internal Services – receive and distribute post, parcel and couriers; manage postal supplies; maintain office orderliness; order kitchen, stationery and other supplies; manage legal signatures mailbox; oversee offsite archiving. Health & Safety – support the Office Manager to ensure compliance with fire evacuations, accident/incident reporting, risk assessments, life safety equipment checks, first aiders and fire warden records and training, and uphold company policies and confidentiality. Key Skills & Experience KV education or similar; experience in a similar role is an advantage. Motivated, service-oriented, proactive, structured, independent, multitasker with calm under pressure. Personable, strong customer service, collaborative, teamwork. Proficient in German and English, both oral and written; PC literate with Microsoft Office. Role primarily about office; working from home not encouraged except in exceptional circumstances.
