Für unseren Kunden, eine renommierte Privatklinik im Mittelland, suchen wir eine motivierte und erfahrene Fachkraft für den Operationsbereich (m / w / d). Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie bereiten die notwendigen Geräte und Instrumente mit größter Sorgfalt vor und bedienen diese sicher während der Eingriffe.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Belegärzten assistieren Sie bei Eingriffen in verschiedenen medizinischen Fachrichtungen.
  • Sie stellen einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher und kümmern sich darum, dass alle erforderlichen Maßnahmen vor und nach den Eingriffen getroffen werden.
  • Mit Ihrer Flexibilität sind Sie auch bereit, außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten für Notfälle zur Verfügung zu stehen.

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Sie bringen fundiertes Fachwissen und die nötige Flexibilität mit, um sich schnell auf neue OP-Techniken und Anforderungen einzustellen.
  • Sie sind diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF / FH OP oder diplomierte Fachperson OT HF / FH und verfügen über umfangreiche Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Belegarztsystem und in der Orthopädie.
  • Ihre hohe Fach-, Handlungs- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Ihre ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und fördern aktiv eine vertrauensvolle und kollegiale Arbeitsatmosphäre.
