Afin de compléter l’équipe IT Business Analyse de la Division IT de notre site de Vernier (GE) ou Ostermundigen (BE), nous recherchons un Business Analyste IT Assistance + Assurance spécialiste d’API des métiers de l’assistance et de l’assurance.
Vos défis
Rôle et responsabilité
- Gestion du Business Object Modèle de son domaine de compétence
- Gestion des contrats API et de leur versionning
- Domaines d’expertises fonctionnels et techniques
- Expérience dans un contexte d’Assurance et/ou Assistance
- Savoir faire des requêtes en base (select, join, ...)
Tâches principales
- Planifier le travail d’analyse sur son périmètre fonctionnel et technique
- Organiser l’élicitations des besoins avec les méthodes adaptées (agiles)
- Analyser, spécifier et modéliser les besoins métier
- Modéliser et améliorer les processus cibles
- Définir les exigences et contraintes
- Rédiger les plans et fiches de tests
- Contribuer à la réalisation des projets
- Proposer des solutions pertinentes dans le contexte IT et organisationnel
- Analyser et communiquer les risques
- Participer à la gestion du changement
- Organiser et exécuter les tests, accompagner la mise en production
Pour réussir votre entrée
- Expérience avec l’outil Salesforce et la partie Case Management
- Formation supérieure (universitaire, EPF, HES, ou équivalent)
- Maîtrise et expérience prouvée des méthodes de projet AGILE
- Expérience réussie en business analyse dans le domaine IT d’au moins 5 ans
- Connaissances des contraintes liées au développement
- Connaissances approfondies des bonnes pratiques de business analyse (par ex. référentiel BABOK), de l’identification des besoins à la résolution des incidents et problèmes
- Capacité à identifier et proposer des solutions concrètes
- Expression courante, oralement et par écrit, en français et en allemand, bon niveau d’anglais
- Personne enthousiaste, orientée solutions, avec une forte capacité d’adaptation et une grande faculté à penser de manière analytique et transverse
- Excellent relationnel, orientation client marquée, sens de la communication et de la négociation
- Orientation client, sens des responsabilités, esprit d’équipe, solidarité, disponibilité et flexibilité
