Contract Analyst Data Provider | Paralegal Procurement

Aufgaben
  1. Überwachung der Verträge mit externen Datenlieferanten, Beratern, Outsourcing-Partnern usw.
  2. Laufende Analyse der vertraglichen Anforderungen mit den Vorgesetzten in Bezug auf Leistung und Servicequalität.
  3. Laufende Analyse des sich ändernden Bedarfs, Anpassung externer Dienstleistungen und Optimierung von Kosten und Budgetierung.
  4. Lösung operativer Probleme mit den Lieferanten und Bereitstellung reibungsloser Dienstleistungen.
  5. Unterstützung der Beschaffung bei der kommerziellen Bewertung von Lieferanten und bei Wettbewerbsvergleichen im Hinblick auf Best Practice.
  6. Organisation und Koordination von Audits bei Datenanbietern, einschließlich der Überwachung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen der Lieferanten, um die Einhaltung aller Verpflichtungen und Zusagen sicherzustellen.
  7. Selbstständige Abwicklung der täglichen Aufgaben zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern, insbesondere bei unzureichender Leistungserbringung.
  8. Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von marktdatenbezogenen Vertragsangelegenheiten.
  9. Durchführung von Wiederherstellungsprozessen bei Beschwerden, Änderungsaufträgen etc.
  10. Durchführung von Schulungen zur regelkonformen Nutzung von Marktdaten und Sensibilisierung der Teilnehmer für die risikoorientierte Nutzung von Dienstleistungen.
  11. Laufende Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern und situative Ad-hoc-Projekte.
Qualifikation
  1. Master oder Bachelor in (Wirtschafts-)Recht.
  2. Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Fondsindustrie oder im Bankwesen.
  3. Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Vertragsanforderungen und -prozesse.
  4. Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten zur Qualitäts- und Wertoptimierung.
  5. Kenntnisse der Produkte von Outsourcing-Partnern, externen Beratungsunternehmen, Datenanbietern (Bloomberg, Morningstar, etc.).
  6. Interesse an selbständigem Projektmanagement.
  7. IT-Flair für Prozesse und Systeme (z.B. Datenbanken) und Big-Data-Themen.
  8. Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität.
  9. Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  10. Gute Office- und Excel-Kenntnisse.
  11. Englisch sowie Deutsch.
