Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Educating AI: Analyze AI-generated outputs and provide feedback that helps the model improve its accuracy and ability to apply its knowledge to real-world challenges. Your feedback will help the AI better understand complex scenarios and improve its reasoning process.

  2. Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into clear, step-by-step solutions and guide the AI through the reasoning process. Teach the model how to approach, understand, and solve problems logically and effectively.

  3. Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, inaccuracies, or limitations within the AI’s knowledge base. Design and execute tests that challenge the AI's boundaries, ensuring its outputs are reliable, unbiased, and applicable in real-world situations.

  4. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with AI engineers, researchers, and other team members to integrate feedback and improve the AI model’s performance. Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the system to meet real-world needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

  1. Native Proficiency in German: Must have native fluency in German with excellent writing skills to clearly articulate complex feedback and explanations.

  2. Residency in Switzerland: Applicants must be residents of Switzerland and have a deep understanding of the local language, culture, and context.

  3. Education: An Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.

  4. Professional Writing Experience: Previous experience in a writing-intensive role, such as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, or editor, is preferred but not required. Strong written communication skills are essential.

  5. AI Training Experience: While experience with AI-related tasks or training models is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to the development of AI systems.
