IT Observability Manager

Nous recherchons un IT Observability Manager (H/F) dont les missions seront de concevoir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir les solutions d’observabilité, de supervision, de gestion de performance applicative et de gestion des logs pour l’IT avec une approche moderne.

Responsabilités
  • Piloter l’amélioration continue dans le domaine de l’observabilité et de la supervision
  • Installer, mettre en production, administrer et exploiter les solutions
  • Définir les tableaux de bords essentiels et mesurer les KPI
  • Elaborer les règles d’utilisation, en conformité avec les normes et standards du marché et de l’entreprise
  • Organiser et optimiser les ressources de son domaine
  • Détecter et permettre de résoudre les anomalies avant un impact (analyse prédictive et réponse proactive)
Qualifications
  • Formation supérieure en informatique (Ingénieur HES...)
  • 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ou comme consultant IT dans le domaine de la supervision et de l’observabilité
  • Excellente compréhension des systèmes distribués complexes, des architectures à micro-services, des infrastructures hybrides et cloud-native
  • Maitrise des différents domaines liés à l’observabilité (Infrastructures, Applications (APM) et Réseaux)
  • Connaissances approfondies des outils du marché tels que Dynatrace, Splunk, Zabbix ou tout autre outil similaire
  • Orienté automatisation, culture DevSecOps, une bonne connaissance et aisance dans le développement de script ou IAC (Infrastructure as Code) est obligatoire
  • Déterminé, fort leadership et très bonne capacité d’écoute
  • Orientation client, sens du service et aisance relationnelle
  • Force de proposition, autonomie, orienté qualité et esprit d’équipe
  • Vous êtes curieux, passionné et fortement engagé au développement de vos compétences
