Our partner is a Swiss nonprofit working in health and social support. In this role you will support the partner by taking on diverse and demanding tasks in a dynamic environment. Verantwortung Continuous development of the Salesforce CRM platform alongside multiple stakeholders. Formulate prioritized features based on user feedback and business requirements. Identify gaps, process potentials, and dependencies through regular business analysis. Promote harmonization of processes and improve service support via CRM across several organizational units. Manage a meticulously maintained product backlog, steering implementation in close collaboration with internal and external teams. Qualifikationen Academic background in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive as a Product Owner, preferably in a CRM environment; Salesforce experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills to quickly and accurately understand processes, data flows, and functional requirements. Excellent written and spoken German; good English skills; French is an advantage.
