You will work on models from resource-efficient to multi-modal architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve model performance and reliability.Responsibilities include:Developing and deploying evaluation frameworks across model stages.Creating benchmarks and datasets for model assessment.Collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to align evaluation metrics with business goals.Analyzing evaluation data to optimize model performance and resource utilization.Staying updated with emerging evaluation techniques and integrating them into practices.Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science or related field; PhD preferred in NLP, Machine Learning, or similar.Proven experience in AI model evaluation at various lifecycle stages.Strong programming skills and experience with evaluation benchmarks and pipelines.Ability to conduct empirical research and refine evaluation methodologies.Excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
