Market Access Manager (m/f/d) – limited contract until October 2026 Company: GSK; Location: Baar Onyx, Switzerland; Contract: limited until October 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join GSK as a Market Access Manager in Switzerland. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing market access strategies to ensure patients have access to innovative treatments. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to navigate the complex healthcare environment and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Responsibilities Develop and implement national and local market access strategies to ensure optimal patient access to treatments. Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers, including health economic analyses and market positioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and policymakers. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (medical, commercial, finance) to align strategies and achieve shared goals. Monitor and analyze healthcare policies, pricing, and reimbursement trends to identify opportunities and risks. Represent GSK in discussions with regulatory bodies and other external partners to support market access initiatives. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health economics, pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, or a related field. Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system, including reimbursement processes and payer decision‑making. Ability to synthesize clinical and health economic data into clear, impactful messages for diverse audiences. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively. Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with regulatory bodies, payers, or other healthcare stakeholders in Switzerland. Proven experience in market access, pricing, or health economics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Knowledge of cost‑effectiveness modeling and budget impact analysis. Familiarity with the development and implementation of pricing and reimbursement strategies. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships. Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results. Experience working in cross‑functional teams and contributing to integrated strategies.
