Ihre Aufgaben

Als Technischer Leiter des Bereichs Energietechnik verantworten Sie die Führung des Engineering-Teams mit ca. 8 Direct Reports und 3-5 Indirect Reports. Zusammen mit Ihrem Team treiben Sie innovative (Kontaktierungs- und Steckverbinder-)Lösungen in einem globalen Umfeld voran. Sie setzen die Produkt- und Technologie-Roadmap des Segments T&D (Energieübertragung und -verteilung) mit starkem Fokus auf Design-to-Cost und Innovation um und fördern die Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams.

  • Führung, Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Ingenieurs- und Projektmanagement-Organisation des Segmentes mit klaren Zielvorgaben und Motivation zur Erreichung von Spitzenleistungen
  • Gewährleistung der operativen Exzellenz im Engineering (CAD/PLM/Life Cycle Management/Performance Testing) und im Projektmanagement (IPMA), um die Entwicklungsziele im Einklang mit den übergeordneten Zielen zu erreichen
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von neuen Markt- und technischen Anforderungen, Trends sowie Kundenwünschen und das Einfliessen lassen dieser in die Produktentwicklung
  • Priorisierung von Ressourcen und Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit Entscheidungsträgern
  • Sicherstellung des technologischen Know-hows in Zusammenarbeit mit der internen R&D-Abteilung sowie externen Technologie- und akademischen Partnern
  • Unterstützung der Produktionsplanung, Montage und des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Kostenkontrolle und Budgetplanung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und internationalen Stakeholdern, darunter Kunden und C-Level-Management
Ihr Profil
  • Hochschulabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder Maschinenbau (MSc / dipl. Ing.), vorzugsweise mit einem EMBA-Abschluss oder umfassenden betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produkteentwicklung oder Forschung und Entwicklung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in elektrischer Kontakttechnologie, Energieübertragung und -verteilung oder Einschubtechnologie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Industrienormen und -vorschriften, Richtlinien (LVD) und Zertifizierungen mit Schwerpunkt IEC/UL/TUV/CE
  • Erfolgsnachweis als technischer Leiter (Konstruktion/Entwicklung) in einem internationalen Umfeld mit direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und ausgeprägte methodische Fähigkeiten wie Projektplanung und -durchführung, Risikomanagement, Lebenszyklusmanagement, Design Thinking, Ökodesign und Design-to-Cost
  • Kenntnisse in 2D- / 3D-CAD, EDM- / PDM-Systemen und ERP-Systemen (u.a. FE-Tool Ansys, SAP)
  • Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit verschiedenen interdisziplinären und internationalen Interessengruppen (Kunden, C-Level-Management, Kollegen, Mitarbeiter)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
