Job Description:

We are looking for an Outsourcing Specialist for a one-year contract with one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva.

In collaboration with the Procurement & Outsourcing team, the individual will play a vital role in various sourcing initiatives and outsourcing activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the management and execution of procurement initiatives.
  2. Provide support for outsourcing/regulation-related tasks, ensuring that all processes are thoroughly documented and validated.
  3. Oversee and document supplier due diligence, including 'Know Your Supplier' (KYS) requirements.
  4. Facilitate and record annual evaluations of critical service providers.
  5. Assist service owners in conducting risk assessments.
  6. Engage in contract negotiations.
  7. Aid in updating and maintaining the register of outsourced and ICT services.
Profile:
  1. Background in financial outsourcing, procurement, and legal would be an asset.
  2. Possess a strong team spirit, dynamic approach, and a commitment to rigor and precision.
