Description du poste

  1. Intégration au sein du département des Opérations Hedge Funds ;
  2. Support au Front-Office de la société ;
  3. Suivi opérationnel des Hedge Funds : Redemption, subscription, lock up avec les Asset Managers et les banques dépositaires ;
  4. Gestion des opérations en interne et pour la clientèle ;
  5. Gestion et suivi des Offering Memo ;
  6. Suivi et cash management : Hedging des portefeuilles ;
  7. Reporting et suivi des performances : Suivi des performances des hedge funds et des investissements sous-jacents, préparation de rapports financiers détaillés à destination des parties prenantes ;
  8. Préparation de présentations et réponses aux demandes de due diligence ;
  9. Conformité et régulation : Veille au respect des régulations en vigueur et des directives de conformité dans la gestion des hedge funds ;
  10. Formation des collaborateurs ;
  11. Lien avec les autres départements à l'interne ;
  12. Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

Profil recherché

  1. Formation bancaire ou académique supérieure ;
  2. Expérience similaire et confirmée au sein d'un département hedge fund de banque privée ou d'un Asset Manager en Suisse ;
  3. Solides compétences opérationnelles ;
  4. Expérience avec les Offering Memos, les termes de lock-up, gates, et autres restrictions contractuelles ;
  5. Bonne compréhension des hedge funds et de leurs spécialités ;
  6. Maîtrise des outils de gestion de données et de reporting financier ;
  7. Bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office et des programmes bancaires ;
  8. Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  9. Très bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  10. Discrétion et sens de la confidentialité.
