We are looking for a:

PI Warranty Engineer/Technician

As a Warranty Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and servicing activities on vehicles during commissioning and the subsequent warranty period at the customer's site, as well as supporting validation and certification.

A German C1 level is a must-have.

Responsibilities:

  • Recording all necessary relevant error/event data and work performed in the error management database (GSI, Maximo), including configuration data.
  • Applying and enforcing the customer EHS and safety rules and relevant PI processes on site at the customer's premises.
  • Implementing changes to the vehicles at the customer's premises in the depot.
  • Performing specific technical investigations and supporting internal or external suppliers.
  • Applying and ensuring a good flow of information within the troubleshooting team and ensuring customer site.
  • Supporting helpdesk activities.
  • Leading the troubleshooting team if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Certified technician or graduate in a technical field (electrical/electronic/electrical engineer/automation engineer or engineer).
  • EHS / ECM knowledge.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and fault investigation.
  • English and German are required; French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of team management and a good team player.
  • Driving licence cat. B desired.
