Wir sind eine dynamische Full-Service-Agentur für medizinische Kommunikation und ein Verlags-haus in Zürich, das sich voll und ganz der Gesundheitsbranche verschrieben hat. Unsere Kundenliste liest sich wie das Who-is-Who der Gesundheitswelt: von großen Pharmaunternehmen und innovativen Biotech-Firmen über spezialisierte Diagnostik- und Medizintechnikunternehmen bis hin zu renommierten Spitälern, Universitäten und engagierten Non-Profit-Organisationen.
Unser Team setzt sich aus etwa 30 hochqualifizierten Experten zusammen, darunter Pharma-Spezialisten, Kommunikationsprofis, Medical Writern, IT-Spezialisten sowie PR-, Werbe- und Kongressfachleuten. Für unseren Hauptsitz in Zürich Greencity (Manegg) suchen wir eine/n kompetente/n, motivierte/n und erfahrene/n Projektmanager/in.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Projektplanung und -steuerung von der Konzeption bis zur Auslieferung
  • Effektive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Kunden bzw. Partnern
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
  • Identifizierung und proaktive Bewältigung von Risiken und Herausforderungen im Projektverlauf
  • Motivation und Entwicklung des Projektteams

Wir suchen eine dynamische und erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit folgenden Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich wie Projektmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Healthcare-Management
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung als Projektmanager, idealerweise im Healthcare-Bereich oder in der Pharmaindustrie, Biotech- oder Medizintechnik
  • Exzellente organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamführungsfähigkeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
