Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager – EMEA Join to apply for the Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager – EMEA role at VF Corporation. VF Corporation is looking for a Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager – EMEA to join our CSI / Strategy EMEA team based in Stabio, Switzerland. As the CSI Manager EMEA, you will manage and deliver the market, consumer and shopper insight agenda for the EMEA VF business, working across multiple brands and markets within the region. You will influence commercial decisions and the effectiveness of in‑market execution. Primary Accountabilities Provide a vision and manage the CI plan for 1-2 core brands in the VF portfolio in EMEA. Partner with Brand teams to identify learning gaps and opportunities that inform in‑market commercialization success. Execute the CI plan to address business questions and inform decision‑making in a timely manner. Work closely with external data and research partners to execute research flawlessly and foster value‑adding relationships. Develop clear and impactful communications of research results, findings and actionable business implications. Manage the CSI budget to maximize resources and investments for the business. Develop CSI Capabilities Identify and explore new tools, data sources and external partnerships that can optimize and augment the existing CSI toolbox. Help pilot and recommend new capabilities that advance and increase the impact of CSI in the business. Build use cases and embed new capabilities within EMEA. Build and Disseminate Knowledge Identify and activate opportunities to re‑apply learning across brands. Collaborate with other data and insight teams within the region to cross‑fertilize different data and insight sources. Leverage data and capabilities from external social, digital and e‑commerce partners to address the learning agenda. Collaborate with Global CSI Leverage global insights and contribute to activate them with Brand teams in the region. Share relevant EMEA insights with global CSI and Brand teams to inform global Brand strategies and annual GTM. Help assess and recommend the adoption of global CSI tools and capabilities in the region. Skills for Success Technical skills: Mastery of primary/consumer market research services (Quant and Qual), secondary market/sales data management, self‑serve research platforms, Excel, and analytical tools such as Google Analytics. Behavioural & leadership competencies: Result‑driven, planning, business acumen, process management, creative problem‑solving, peer relationship, growth mindset. Experience Extensive market research experience on the client side and/or consulting agency. Hands‑on expertise with diverse data sets and insight methodologies, including AI/GenAI and digital tools. Demonstrated ability to deploy consumer‑driven insights that inform business decisions. Relevant industry experience: CPG, Beauty, Apparel & Footwear, Retail brands. University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics. Fluency in English.
