En tant que Program Manager IA chez IVY Partners, vous serez en charge de :

  • En collaboration avec les équipes métiers et techniques, vous identifierez et prioriserez les initiatives IA, en veillant à leur alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
  • Vous piloterez l'implémentation des initiatives IA, garantissant leur intégration fluide dans les processus existants et leur évolution continue en partenariat avec les Business Process Owners (BPO).
  • Vous coordonnerez l'ensemble des efforts liés au développement, au déploiement et à la gestion des projets IA, assurant la cohérence et la synergie entre les différents projets en cours.
  • Vous évaluerez l'impact des projets et en mesurerez le retour sur investissement, tout en supervisant le programme Cloud Data Platform et en élaborant une feuille de route à cette fin.
  • Vous maintiendrez vos compétences à jour, tout en promouvant la culture de l'IA au sein de l'entreprise et en intervenant auprès de nos partenaires stratégiques.
  • Enfin, vous participerez activement à la création de la feuille de route IA de l'entreprise, la traduisant en plan opérationnel, et anticiperez les évolutions technologiques de la Cloud Data Platform pour répondre aux nouveaux besoins IA.

Qualifications requises :

  • Avec 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets technologiques, dont au moins 5 ans spécifiquement dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle, vous êtes un expert reconnu dans la conduite de projets complexes et l'implémentation de solutions IA.
  • Vous avez une expertise avérée dans la transformation numérique, ayant mené à bien plusieurs projets de grande envergure en matière d'IA, tout en coordonnant des équipes pluridisciplinaires. Vous êtes capable de piloter des initiatives stratégiques tout en veillant à la bonne intégration des nouvelles technologies.
  • Vous disposez d'une maîtrise approfondie des technologies IA, telles que le machine learning, le deep learning, le traitement du langage naturel (NLP) et les modèles de langage de grande taille (LLM). Vous avez également collaboré avec des équipes techniques et fonctionnelles, tout en ayant une connaissance pratique des environnements Cloud.
  • Votre expérience dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de stratégies IA à long terme est complétée par des compétences en gestion du changement. Vous avez la capacité de sensibiliser et de former les équipes internes sur les bénéfices et les méthodologies de l'IA, en garantissant une adoption efficace au sein de l'organisation.
