Client Details Our client is a medium-sized company operating in the FMCG sector. Located in Neuchâtel, the company provides a professional and structured environment to thrive in. Description Manage and oversee after-sales projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Collaborate closely with the customer service department to address client needs and expectations. Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales processes. Monitor project progress and resolve any potential issues proactively. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project outcomes and performance. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Support the team in identifying opportunities for process optimisation and innovation. Profile A relevant educational background (Master Degree) in business, project management, or a related field. 3 to 7 years maximum of experience in marketing, business development (ideally in After-Sales or as a Sales Coordinator), or finance, with strong expertise in project management. Proficient in Excel, SAP and Power BI. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in French; English.
