Finance Accounting Manager, 80-100%

We are seeking a highly skilled and quick-learning Accounting/Finance Manager to join our fast-growing company. As a member of our small finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of accounting, finance, and administrative tasks essential to the success of our startup/scale-up company. Your role will include managing numbers and figures, ensuring the accuracy of the P&L for our Swiss company, and handling reporting, planning, and budgeting within the team. You will also be involved in managing A/R and A/P invoices using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, overseeing expenses management, and treasury management. Additionally, you will support controlling, assist in company consolidation, coordinate with external accounting firms abroad, and manage VAT, corporate taxes, and insurances, among other responsibilities.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, economics, finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting/controlling
  • Startup & Entrepreneur mentality with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and willingness to handle administrative, office management, and HR tasks
  • Team player with an open-minded and engaging personality
  • Swiss Payroll Accounting experience is a plus
  • Working experience in a “Treuhandbüro” (accounting company) is a plus
