Dafür stehst du am Morgen auf:

  1. Betreuung von User Stories von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Einführung gemäss den Anforderungen der Stakeholder
  2. Customization (no code oder low-code), Testing und Deployment von Anpassungen
  3. Release Management
  4. Bearbeitung und Lösung von Benutzeranfragen und Anwendungsproblemen
  5. Behebung von Störungen der Applikationen, um einen möglichst störungsfreien Betrieb zu gewährleisten
  6. Durchführung von Benutzerschulungen und Führen der Benutzerdokumentation
  7. Wartung der Applikationen, einschliesslich Upgrades und Updates, um diese möglichst rasch zu installieren
  8. Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung innerhalb der Applikationen gemäss den Vorgaben
  9. Lizenzmanagement der Applikationen
  10. Koordination mit externen Lieferanten und Partnern

Wir wünschen uns von dir:

  1. Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  2. Applikationsspezifisches Know-how (SNOW Platform, M365, Dynamics 365 Sales, Business Central) von Vorteil
  3. Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  4. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Dev-Team in Barcelona), sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Koordination mit Stakeholdern
  5. Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft
  6. Hauptarbeitsort in Bern, Zürich oder Basel, mit flexibler Reisetätigkeit in der Deutschschweiz
