Please join our proud and highly skilled international crew as a Manager Procurement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectivesManage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasingMonitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely deliveryEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field5+ years of proven experience in procurement management, preferably in a technical or industrial environmentStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to analyze data and make strategic decisionsFamiliarity with procurement software and tools (ERP Systems and Excel)A Nevi 1 and 2 or CIPS 3 training is a preBenefitsA more than competitive salaryA generous number of holidays (40)LocationWe are based in Lomm (close to Venlo), which is a great place to live.
