We are looking for an experienced, autonomous, customer-oriented IT Systems Administrator. You will join a dynamic team of top technical talent where you will be responsible for all the organisation’s IT infrastructure. As IT manager, you will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on our overall growth.

Responsibilities:- MS365 tenant
- Local networks
- Server infrastructure
- Cloud infrastructure
- Hardware and software assets
- Internal and external IT services
- Plan, design and implement performant, secure and resilient IT systems
- Operate, maintain and continuously improve use of IT resources
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT management
- Ensure compliance of IT systems with internal policies
- Support development teams with the setup of appropriate infrastructure and environments for development prototyping, testing and deployment
- Support the response to security incidents and emergencies affecting IT infrastructure
- Support the allocation of IT budget
- Support the CISO with the management of information security
- 3 to 5 years of experience in management of IT in a medium-sized corporation or a scale-up with detailed knowledge of industry’s best practices.
- Deep expertise in the management of networks and MS365 tenants (Intune, EntraID, Exchange, Defender, etc).
- Solid experience in the management of Linux and Windows servers.
- Initial experience in the operation of public cloud tenants (Azure, AWS and GCP).
- Good understanding of best practices for securing IT infrastructure.
- You are hands-on, autonomous and like to work in a dynamic team.
- Fluent in English and German.
- You have worked with an ISMS.
- You have worked with RedHat Linux and/or Mac.
- You have some hands-on experience with git, Docker and/or IaC.
- You possess one or more IT management certifications.
