Responsibilities
  1. Maintaining relevant records and generating reports for the construction management
  2. Identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions, and coordinating responses in cooperation with the construction management
  3. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  4. Support the Construction Manager and Snr. Construction Manager with the day to day business activities
  5. Inspect (coordinate) construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications
  6. Document inspections and report any issues to the construction management
  7. Support the Facility Coordinator for the daily activities, such as maintenance works and coordination works for placements etc.
  8. Coordinate laydown and tent areas with the construction manager for all projects
  9. Coordinate with projects agreed weekly/monthly traffic studies with projects in coordination with the construction management team
Profile
  1. BSc in Engineering discipline or Completed technical apprenticeship
  2. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
  3. Technical Skills: Process management and improvement, Time management, Attention to detail and organization skills, Leadership, coaching, and mentoring, Client relationships, Innovation mindset
  4. German and English language required
  5. Independent and problem-solving mindset
  6. Team Player
  7. Hands on and proactive acting on Site (This is a field and not only an office position)
