Unser Kunde in Zürich betreibt eines der fortschrittlichsten Forschungszentren im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz in Europa. Das Zentrum ist darauf ausgerichtet, interdisziplinäre KI-Forschung zu fördern und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, die einen positiven Einfluss auf gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen haben. Im Rahmen eines bedeutenden Projekts zur Weiterentwicklung gross angelegter KI-Modelle suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die das Zentrum in der Umsetzung seiner strategischen und operativen Ziele unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Personalführung und Inspiration eines Teams zur Förderung von Innovation und Wachstum
  • Effiziente Verwaltung der finanziellen und operativen Ressourcen des Zentrums
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung zur Definition und Umsetzung der strategischen Ziele
  • Förderung der Zusammenarbeit und Nutzung von Synergien zwischen dem AI Center und externen Partnern aus Forschung und Industrie
  • Überwachung der Budgetverteilung, Personalplanung und Ressourcenkoordination innerhalb des Zentrums
Dein Profil:
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in leitender Funktion in akademischen Institutionen, Forschungseinrichtungen oder grossen, interdisziplinären Organisationen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Budgets, Ressourcen und operativen Prozessen
  • Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und Leitung von Projekten an der Schnittstelle zwischen akademischer Forschung, Unternehmertum und Industrie
  • Fähigkeit, langfristige strategische Ziele zu verfolgen und gleichzeitig die tägliche operative Arbeit effektiv zu managen
  • Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und Fähigkeit, die eigenen Ansichten lösungsorientiert zu vertreten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenzen in Englisch und Deutsch
