Zur Unterstützung des Legal & Compliance Teams an unserem Hauptsitz in Zug suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Verstärkung in der anspruchsvollen Funktion als Compliance Manager 60-80 %:

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Zuständigkeit für die Compliance Aufgaben der Swiss Prime Site Solutions AG (SPSS)
  • Unterstützung und teilweise Stellvertretung des Head Legal & Compliance SPSS und Zusammenarbeit mit diversen operativen und administrativen Stellen und Kontrollfunktionen innerhalb der SPSS und der SPS Gruppe
  • Erstellen und Pflege von Weisungen und Prozessen sowie Überwachung der Einhaltung derselben, insbesondere mittels Durchführung von regelmässigen Prüfungen, sowie Umsetzung entsprechender Massnahmen
  • Prüfung von Gremien-Anträgen und Publikationen (z.B. Geschäftsberichte, Emissionsunterlagen, etc.) auf Übereinstimmung mit Vorgaben
  • Teilnahme an Kommissionssitzungen
  • Überwachung der Gesetze und Regulatorien hinsichtlich Veränderungen (in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern) sowie Umsetzung derselben innerhalb der SPSS
  • Von Zeit zu Zeit Organisation und Teilnahme an internen Schulungen
  • Mitarbeit am Compliance-Kontrollplan und Umsetzung desselben
  • Unterstützung beim Reporting für die Geschäftsleitung und den Verwaltungsrat
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten (z.B. Mitarbeit an der Ausgestaltung des IKS, betriebliche Prozesse, etc.)
  • Beratung und Bearbeitung von internen Anfragen zu verschiedenen Themen aus dem operativen Business
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Bereich Compliance innerhalb der SPS-Gruppe
  • Kontaktperson für FINMA, Revisoren und weitere externe Stellen
  • Gegebenenfalls Unterstützung interner Rechtsdienst

Anforderungen und Eigenschaften:

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Compliance
  • Erfahrung in Compliance Tätigkeiten in einem Finanzinstitut sowie im Umgang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (FINMA, KAG, FIDLEG, KKV, GwG, etc.) und Themen wie CoC, Reputation, Da-tenschutz usw.
  • Erfahrung im Erstellen von Weisungen, Analysen und Testings
  • Grundkenntnisse in Asset Management- und Immobilien-Prozessen von Vorteil
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, vernetztes Denken und präziser Arbeitsstil
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen einfach, verständlich und empfängergerecht zu vermitteln
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Interesse und Freude am und Verständnis für das operative Business
  • Offen für verschiedene Menschen und Sachverhalte, pragmatisch, durchsetzungsfähig
  • Gewohnt, in vertraulichem Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
