Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware and desktop applications. Perform Smart Hands support, including assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of servers, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, and multi‑port data termination panels. Administer basic Windows and macOS environments, including user account setup, remote administration, and PC break/fix. Diagnose and resolve network issues, applying knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP; support end‑user network cabling. Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy to log and track incidents. Qualifications Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN set‑ups and concepts. Hands‑on experience with serious Smart Hands tasks and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Advanced knowledge of computer hardware components (chipsets, memory modules, peripherals). Proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and remote connection tools (TeamViewer, MS Teams, PuTTY). Fluent in English and a local language (B2 level). Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks with urgency.
