This role’s main activities are listed below.RequirementsWe’re currently searching for a Field Service Technician, with main functions including:Customer Service:Ensuring the efficient performance of services delivered to our customers worldwideProviding the field activities when requested: supervision of installation, testing, commissioning and trainingExecuting emergency site interventionsConducting audits and maintenance jobsElaboration of technical reportsSupport to Sales and Contract execution:Supporting Sales Engineer on substation surveys and permissions to site accessMaking repairing quotationsIdentifying new business opportunities: sale of spare parts, repairs, on-site services, modernizations, retrofits, training, and maintenance contractsLogistics and stock:Supporting the management of stock of spare parts and toolsWilling to travel up to 80% of the timeMinimum Requirements:Technical degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Technician (or Engineering) or relatedElectrical hazards and safety training; Maintenance; Protections and control of electrical equipmentExperience in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment. Ideally with experience in maintenance and on DC traction substationsFluency in English and French. Any other languages are a plusWilling to travel up to 80% of the timeWe have flat hierarchies and direct communication between departments and management levels is encouraged.
