Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer at a newly established Family Office in Switzerland. The CEO will be responsible for growing the Switzerland office starting by gaining FiNMA approval and hiring a team of relationship managers to support the family.
Please note that at this stage the roles are not investment roles, more operational using the skills listed above. We also require specific experience in Digital Asset firms, Family Offices, Asset Managers supporting UHNWIs or such like.
Qualifications
- Finance, Operations Management skills (NOT transformation).
- Compliance and FiNMA approvals
- Proven leadership experience in a senior executive role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The business is a very exciting startup which will enable the candidate to grow and develop a team and to play a key role in building a multi-asset business to include property, art, funds, and private equity.
We are particularly interested in speaking to people with a multi-asset background and used to the trials and challenges of a startup environment. We also require somebody who has worked with the regulators to gain approval.
German or Swiss German language is essential for the Switzerland role.
