In order to reinforce our team, Schaublin SA in Delémont and Swiss Tool Systems AG in Bürglen is currently looking for a:Sales and Technical Representative German TerritoryThe Sales and Technical Representative makes sales contacts, researches customer needs and develops application of products and services in an effective manner by carrying out various responsibilities. Essential functions of the job:Determining market strategies & goals for each product and serviceResearch and develop lists of potential customersPerform market research to determine customer needs & provide information to other staffEvaluate product & service marketability in terms of customers' technical & manufacturing needsFollow up on sales leads and make calls on potential customers, which includes at least (50%-80%) of your time on the road visiting customersMaintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target marketsEstablish and maintain industry contacts that lead to salesWork directly with customers to establish a communication path with themDevelop sales and marketing proposals for customers on technical products & servicesMake regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leadsEstablish long-term, ongoing repeat relationshipsEducation / Experience:Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master degree is a plus5-10 years of experience in a similar role in machine tools businessAble to track rapidly changing competition & market forcesGood communication skills; ability to work in a teamAble to communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writingAvailable to travel for business purposesFluent in written and spoken German and English; French is a plusWe offer:Permanent Full Time PositionVaried work in a fast-growing, international company with flat hierarchiesMid-range Company Car with the option for private useAttractive basic Salary and secure social conditionsGood earning potential with a performance-related additional salaryTargeted Training in a pleasant working atmosphereHome officeInterested?
