Job Description

Monitoring & Analysis

  • Regular review of monthly financial and operational reports of Group companies.
  • Comparison of actual results with targets, analysis of discrepancies.
  • Adhoc reviews and analysis of specific subjects as requested by Group CEO/CCO.

Planning & Controlling

  • Review operational processes, systems, and structures of Group companies on their effectiveness and efficiency and initiate corrective actions, if needed.
  • Organize and perform Operational Reviews/Cost Reviews.
  • Design, implement, and maintain state-of-the-art controlling instruments (cost accounting, KPIs, etc.).

Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure compliance of Group companies with generally accepted business standards and Swatch Group principles and guidelines.
  • Develop Audits Guidelines on specific subjects and perform on-site Audits as required.

Cross Functional Support

  • Participate in strategic projects such as acquisitions, restructurings, built-up of new activities, etc.
