Responsibilities

  1. Develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules for the entire project scope to ensure efficient execution.
  2. Ensure integrity of schedule integration from various disciplines, EPCM, contractors, etc., into the overall project schedule.
  3. Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
  4. Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
  5. Monitor schedule deviations and variances, assisting in developing alternative methods and mitigations for corrective action.
  6. Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.
  7. Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
  8. Assure credibility of the information contained in the schedule.
  9. Review schedules with project team members regularly to ensure accurate and timely data is incorporated.
  10. Facilitate project scheduling meetings and/or interactive planning meetings as required by the project team.

Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management preferred.
  2. Competency using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  3. Experience in planning and ensuring accurate schedules are controlled for large projects.
  4. Excellent command of English; German preferred to ease team communication.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct analysis of complex/large data sets and draw conclusions.
  6. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  7. Able to deal with ambiguity and conform to shifting priorities and demands.
  8. Familiarity with project management software in cost controlling and Excel.
