Tes responsabilités
- Tu définis et mets en œuvre des stratégies RH alignées avec la vision et les objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Tu pilotes la fonction RH avec une approche innovante et pragmatique.
- Tu surveilles et analyses les indicateurs de performance RH pour améliorer l’efficacité.
- Tu assures la conformité aux réglementations et l’efficacité des processus administratifs RH.
- Tu mets en place des mesures de santé et de sécurité au travail.
- Tu diriges des projets d’amélioration continue et de digitalisation des processus RH.
- Tu organises et accompagnes les transformations RH et les projets de gestion du changement.
- Tu soutiens le recrutement, la formation et la rétention des talents.
- Tu collabores avec le Talent Management pour renforcer la culture d’entreprise et attirer les meilleurs talents.
- Tu coaches et accompagnes les collaborateurs pour favoriser leur engagement et leur développement.
- Tu es titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire en Management, Psychologie ou dans un domaine lié aux Ressources Humaines.
- Tu possèdes un Diplôme Fédéral Suisse en Ressources Humaines.
- Tu as au moins 5 - 7 ans d’expérience dans des postes RH de direction (d'avantage dans le secteur du Retail).
- Tu fais preuve de solides compétences en leadership, en coaching et en développement d’équipe.
- Tu maîtrises la communication et les relations interpersonnelles, avec une capacité avérée à influencer et convaincre.
- Tu disposes d’un réseau professionnel RH bien établi à Genève.
- Tu as une excellente connaissance des administrations publiques (OCIRT, chômage, etc.).
- Tu maîtrises le français comme langue maternelle et l'anglais sur un très bon niveau.
- Tu es ouvert(e) aux nouvelles technologies et aux projets d’innovation numérique.
