For these demanding clients, you will work independently or together with a well-established team of employees and specialists to develop a sound basis for decision-making:Real estate valuations, using the discounted cash flow method and other methodsEconomic analyses of properties and construction projectsUtilisation concepts and profitability calculationsSustainability assessment of propertiesProperty analyses and strategic consultingWe offer you extensive databases on the construction and real estate market and a wide range of powerful applications and tools to support you.
