Floor Supervisor in Housekeeping

Starting immediately or by arrangement until 21.03.2025:

1. Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
2. Daily detailed inspection of suites and rooms on the assigned floors
3. Introduction and training of employees regarding standards, thorough cleanliness and work processes
4. Supervision and control of housekeeping staff
5. Management of the daily turn-down service (couverture)
6. Allocation of amenities on the floors
7. Allocation of cleaning and work equipment for all employees
8. Acting as a role model for subordinate employees

1. Vocational training as a hotel manager or housekeeping manager
2. Apprenticeship graduates are welcome
3. Very good knowledge of the work processes in the area of responsibility
4. Leadership qualities and good communication skills
5. Eye for detail
6. Language skills in D, E (any other language an advantage)
