We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.Client Review Specialist (12-month contract)Client File Review Team - KYC, AML & Regulatory Reviews – Private Client ReviewsWithin CP COO Office, the Client File Review unit is in charge of reviewing all client records through a several year’s exercise to ensure the quality and completeness of the information and documents related to all existing Banking relationships. The AML/KYC, regulatory and operational information are being compared against defined standards derived from the regulatory framework, support being given to Front Office units to complete/update records when required.YOUR ROLE:Perform comprehensive background checks, due diligence researches, assess and document the sources of informationEvaluate KYC accuracy, completeness and plausibilityAnalyze AML risks associated with the client, identify ‘red flag’ situations and escalate any risks and operational issues detectedReview risk category change of accounts in line with regulatory requirements and internal directivesAnalyse existing clients (physical persons and entities), account data and documents in accordance with internally defined standards derived from the regulatory framework (CDB, LBA, etc…)Provide guidance to the Front Office in respect of the KYC requirementsLiaise with Front Office to obtain additional information/documentation and corroborate received informationIdentify potential gaps and look for misplaced informationMaintain a good and smooth relationship with our key stakeholders, e.g. Front Office, Compliance, Legal, to ensure the best client experienceContribute ideas to further improve and streamline the KYC processes as well as participate in strategic technology change initiatives.YOUR PROFILE:Previously worked in a Compliance, Legal, Onboarding and/or Audit departments with AML/KYC experienceCuriosity and natural interest in people, history and geopoliticsGreat team player with positive mind-setStrong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to perform detailed reportsAttention to detail and strong follow-up skillsSensitivity to the risks inherent in the functionHighly organized and self-drivenAbility to summarize complex topics and multi-task skillsStrong willingness to participate and help others, ability to develop relationships and solicit other departmentsExcellent communication skillsProfessional certification in Compliance and /or AML/CTF would be an advantageFluent in both English and French, another language would be an assetResidence in Switzerland.Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
