Votre mission

  1. Gérer et coordonner la relation clients et équipes sur des projets de A à Z sous la supervision d’un Senior.
  2. Comprendre les besoins du client et leurs traductions en recommandations et solutions efficientes.
  3. Faire le lien avec les fournisseurs et collaborateurs externes pour nos clients (prises de contact, gestion des relations, suivi de production).
  4. Gérer la publication de contenus sur les réseaux sociaux (gestion des outils, préparation du matériel, relecture, rédaction, mise en ligne des publications).
  5. Travailler main dans la main avec les équipes créatives, marketing et digitale en Suisse mais aussi dans le réseau international Havas.
  6. Réaliser des veilles concurrentielles pour nos clients et tenir l’équipe informée des nouveautés.
  7. Jongler entre des problématiques "digitales", le suivi d'imprimeur, la traduction de contenu ou l'exécution d'un plan social média.

Vos compétences

  1. Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation de niveau bachelor ou master, en business school ou marketing / communication.
  2. Vos principaux atouts sont votre polyvalence et votre capacité d’adaptation.
  3. Logique, analyse et synthèse font partie prenante de votre travail au quotidien.
  4. Vous avez le souci du détail ainsi qu’une organisation parfaite.
  5. Prendre les problèmes à bras le corps pour les résoudre ne vous fait pas peur.
  6. Disposer de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles.
  7. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, l'allemand est un plus.
