Proclinical is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Turnover Coordinator for a temporary contract position of 12 months which is based in Stein, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

1. Be the focal point for all mechanical completions, pre-commissioning and turnover packages. In this role, the coordinator works as a liaison between Engineering, Construction CQV and Contractors.
2. Assist in the development of the turnover process including roles and responsibilities, workflows and interfaces.
3. Support in the coordination of the turnover scope with Engineering, Construction and CQV.
4. Preparation and support of system boundaries for process and non-process systems.
5. Management and direction of Mechanical Completions Walkdowns, including capture of punch items.
6. Punchlist Management.
7. Preparation of Construction Turnover Packages (CTOP).
8. Processing and preparation of mechanical completion certificates.
9. Receipt and processing of construction dossiers from contractors.

Key Skills and Requirements:

1. Experience as Turnover Coordinator or Turnover Engineer.
2. Familiarity with VTOP / CTOP, Punch lists.
3. Good communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
5. Previous experience in turnover, and with exposure to Commissioning activities.
6. Good knowledge of MS Office.
7. Familiarity with CAD software.
8. Biopharmaceutical knowledge and experience.
9. Fluent English (C1 minimum).
10. German language knowledge advantageous.
