Responsibilities:

1. Completion and on-time delivery of maintenance tasks on the SR Technics customer aircraft in compliance with the contracted services and customer expectations.
2. Perform inspection, repair, and modification work as well as component replacement based on current authorization and training level.
3. Communicate at all times with customer liaison engineers, MCC, and customer service reps to ensure that they are fully informed of any developments.
4. Responsible for the standard of work carried out by yourself and those under your control.
5. Be in compliance with regulatory rules and regulations.
6. Ensure the equipment, tools, and premises in your charge are maintained to a satisfactory standard and that discrepancies are reported to the appropriate departments, both within and external to the company.
7. Deliver the highest level of health & safety and quality standards in the industry.
8. Improve your work environment, compliance with continuous improvement standards.
9. Perform 5S at your workplace (in office, equipment, and store area).
10. Other duties as may be required from time to time.

Your Profile:

1. Experience working in an Aviation MRO environment.
2. Experience in aircraft maintenance and repair with a valid EASA Part 66 License B1 or B2.
3. Hold type ratings as above.
4. High degree of customer focus, internal and external.
5. Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, in all levels of the organization.
6. Demonstrate working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
7. Fluent in English (written and oral).
8. Flexible and able to work night shift and weekends.
9. Good physical condition.
10. Holder of a full driver's license which will allow airside driving in Switzerland.
