Job Description For our customer, a major Financial Services Organisation, we are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Engineer who will be the first point of contact for end‑user support, resolving issues reliably and working closely with the central IT team and external service providers. Responsibilities Extensive experience in workplace IT/endpoint management with proven project experience (ideally MTR/meeting room rollout). Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and device/room hardware; confidence in ITSM environments and SLA‑driven processes. Strong execution skills: independent planning, structured execution, clear communication, and reliable stakeholder/vendor management. Excellent service orientation, reliability, structured work style, and clear communication skills. Special Requirements Meeting room expertise (Microsoft Teams Rooms, peripherals, network basics). English language certificate: Cambridge English. ITIL Foundation or comparable certification. Experience in enterprise environments.
